In general, how they came up with the idea of illustrating this reform photographic productions?
Roger : It was an idea that emerged from the work of a photographer in Italy, who made a vast portfolio models in Roman ruins, for timetable "Pirelli". Based on that, we thought we could make or glam fashion models, posing in such a way that seemed they were working on heavy duty lift to work, and finally, print billboards to decorate the apartment once it was over.

How many photo sessions were conducted in total to achieve this result in images?
Roger: In total there were six productions for these photos, the six were performed by the same photographer but at different stages of the work, took a total of three months. But the result was very good. P3: It looks like a stage, but what that scenario is really a construction site?

It looks like a stage, but what that scenario is really a construction site?
Roger : Yes, it really is work. The features thereof may be appreciated in the various doses.

Who was responsible for reform, and that was?
Roger: The reform was carried out by Mundirent, which specializes in designing homes for rent them later in the temporary rental market. The architect had the idea of using the roof of 4m. high to create a second level, and thus increase the total area (which went from 50 m² to 89 m²). Was excavated approximately 1 meter below ground, was waterproofed to isolate it from raw ground and created a sort of cage or "cage" of reinforced concrete. Over this same structure is an environment designed extra walk in closet and a bathroom.

In addition to these structural changes, what other details included the reform?
Roger: Is completely re-made and finished with luxurious details to decoracón. In addition to the overall insulation and imported porcelain tiles, changed all the doors including the main entrance, added a bathroom with jacuzzi and imported fittings, and renovated the plumbing and electrical. The kitchen was moved to, leaving it as an integrated area in the center of the ground floor. The courtyards changed shape, adding a semi-automatic irrigation. Everything is cabled for audio and data transmission, and includes thermal and acoustic insulation, and certain "bed bugs" as follows: as controls for lighting, the kitchen counter, suspended on steel beams and Italian glass-ceramic, ample space in a postmodern minimalist ambience with luxurious details.
The fact dig down to the floors on the ground floor probably makes the most obscure and susceptible to flooding and moisture. Could solve this problem?
Roger: Just was was one of the main problems we face at the beginning of this project. However, it could solve in a creative way: it consisted in the replacement of part of the original walls of the glass block walls with special thermal insulation, specially imported from Czech Republic, where ambient temperatures are very cold during winter . With these special walls, natural light is dissipated throughout the interior of the department. On the other hand, it made an improvement to the collection of rainwater, and roofed with polycarbonate double steel frame, which prevents a weight of 700 kg / m², in case of any snowfall.

What are the main obstacles in making reform an urban department, and how was it?
Roger: We had to hire more than thirty skips to remove the debris from this major refurbishment. The biggest problem is that in Buenos Aires times and days of work are bounded. Furthermore, whenever new problems arise that were not originally in the plan, but finally finished it, and the result was spectacular, despite the extensive time and varied work on the changes of plans.
