Where is you apple plantation? : It is located in Alto Valle, Rio Negro. The conditions and the soil characteristics are very beneficial for tha apples. My parents have a large field, and we recently started the organic apple cultivation.   So, you are dedicated with your family to the apple farming? : Yes, we have a natural life, we consider that the maitenance of the ground is essential for the future generations.   Do your family produce for sale? : Yes, but we started a little time ago. Our production is not very high, so we sell in fairs and stuff. We are plannig an expansion of our production, for a more important comercialization. Always in a organic way.   What is a "organic production" ? : There are those who didnt use any chemical attachments, or modificated organisms for their productions.   Is this beneficial in any way? : Yes, the crops gets a complete and healthy state, besides its very benefical to the soil, avoiding contamination, and allowing the regeneration of the ground.
